1. Didn't get any reply to a ticket

    Hello, I have problem with my old account, I send a ticket like 1.5 week ago, and till now I did't get any reply to it, still I can't log to my old account. So I just want to ask how long its gonna take to change email on that account.

  4. If you keep replying to the conversation the conversation gets bumped up in the inbox and your turn will never arrive.
