and you got your UI
Searched for some examples of what people could do with those, tho I used weakauras i only used them for stuff like prock indications or buff warnings (for example water shield running out) tho the stuff mentioned in link 3 is a diffrent way cleaner approach and Really like how it looks.
ElvUI also looks lovely gotta try it out (I have only used bartender4 before and VuhDo/Helbot).
