I losted my previous account

Hi, I had a previous account of warmane, with a lot of progress, and for some reason i cant access to the email anymore to recover the password, is there somewhere i can get my account back?, maybe by changing the email of the account owner to some email have access to? i remember the email and the username, but i lost the password

I have exactly the same problem, I had a previous account and I can't access it because I stopped playing for a while and I can't recover it even with the email, it's like it was never created, however the account still exists
