So are we going to change these dumb quests ? Having to do a 14 quest chain that nobody with a job can do, just to get to Mag loot and having worse odds than anyone on Onyxia (who can just zone in and kill the boss) is actually the worst thing I have ever seen on private servers.
It's a PvP server. Make it that. We are PvPers and I guarantee you most of the Blackrock players would enjoy doing an extremely easy raid vs a computer than doing these overtuned and terribly designed quests
You're free to create a character non-Burning Crusade character and not have to do gear progression to play with a content-progressing server. As long as you are going to play with a server that isn't static in content you aren't about to just get handed everything on a silver platter ahead of them.

Soloq is pretty much dead. Queue is so long than when a game pops someone went afk and you need to wait another 10mins in q to find another game that can potentially have same problem. I lost 30 mins trying to do a game due to this on monday (no chrismas day).
Server need some changes listen to the players!
and don't play with us, PLEASE, if I had known I wouldn't have professions all this time I would never have spent my time on blackrock I would just play Ony..

I will personally always look from the point of view of Onyxia players and what doesn't hinder them, because it's Blackrock who are going play with them, not the other way around. It's Blackrock progress that has to be at a suitable pace to not overwhelm them.Quote:

I am pretty sure any half competent group clears kara in 3hrs max at this point. Additionally, BG is just not why most people are playing on a server advertised as "Arena Server". Right now, 9/15 of the quests involve BG; leading to a noticeable ditch in arena activity on every weekly reset. Again - this can impossibly be the desired outcome.
Nobody is asking to just get the items "handed over for free" as you claim. If anything, most people just want the quests to mirror the time effort required by Onyxia players or at least have them acquire the gear by something they enjoy doing - meaning arena. At this point, I'd rather have the option to just raid Kara on Blackrock than do another goddamn BG.
i do the quest chain solo every week and it is not as hard as you describe here. a lot of players forfeit bgs easily so 5 cap is very very common even as a solo player. same as eots hk quest if you just follow play around your bg party
I'd really have thought it went without saying, but Blackrock is cross-server'd with Onyxia for the purpose of increasing the player pool available for PvP and reducing queue times by having them counterbalance faction imbalances in the queued people. That's why the server has always on Mercenary Mode. Onyxia gets shorter Battleground queues, Blackrock gets more people to play against. Aside how easier it would be to abuse arena quests, it should be obvious why more quests involve Battlegrounds. There would be close to no point in the cross-server if the focus was on arenas.Quote:

I am not saying the quests should not involve ANY BG. I question the disparity in arena v bg quests. Besides, as mentioned before, I doubt people from Onyxia are having a good time when their team is filled with people from Blackrock trying to complete some of the obnoxious quests that simply do not promoted a playstyle aimed at winning the BG. Again, nobody is asking for "free loot", the server was simply advertised as an arena-server (at least to my understanding).Quote:

Atm the arena ladder has a double belt, hypervision goggles Rogue/Mage at the top and all the Warrior/Druids are from Onyxia as well due to belt and Deep Thunder. Obviously I don't expect the professions to be free, but do we have a timeline or idea on how and when they will be implemented?Quote:
