I can't log in to my account

Good time of day. I used to have a Warmane account, but now I can't log in to my old account because it requires a code to be sent to my email. I can't log in to my old email. I know the account and password in WoW. Help me change the email address in my account. There were PVP characters, one of them was the level 80 paladin bloodelf, in bg gear. If you need more information, I can confirm it.
