Your friend has a premium account. Premium meaning they've donated in the past. Premium accounts have access to General Enquiry, Item Misbuy, Item Lost, and Ban Appeal tickets. Non-premium accounts only have Ban Appeal ticket.
So how does that make sense so if i account is well we could say limited i cant expierence support but why i wanna get support ticket because I was just playing the "Tower Defense Game Event" with my friend and it took many tries until we could find a good party with a good party we got to stage 21 everyone except me got the achievement and the reward Swift Zhevra mount so i was like wtf why i gotta tell about this to someone and get the reward i put work into or is that not possible
They are not going to give you the mount so you can save yourself the trouble.

If you want support for things that have happened in-game you have to open an in-game ticket. Website tickets are not for that purpose. But once again, they are not going to give you the mount.
