i cant access my another account

Hi i cant access my old account

I have the password and everything but it asks me for the authentication code and they send it to me by email, the problem is that the email to which the account is linked was on an old computer to which I no longer have access, so I cannot enter my account, is there anything that can be done about it? I have proof that it is mine.
