Good afternoon, such a problem. I don't receive a letter with a two-factor authentication code on my second account
and how is this supposed to help me? I have access to my account and email, the letter just doesn’t arrive, and I still can’t check whether it’s the right mail (although I’m sure it’s the right one), since I need this moronic code to log into my account
so? whats goin on?
Maybe have a re-read what's on the post that I linked. Then analyze how you could proceed with the information written there.

Your access to your account is blocked by never arriving 2FA email, or it's sent to different/wrong email, thus you don't have access to your account.
