stuck on the "the information you entered is not valid"

so im new in warmane and everytime i try to log my account on the game (with my username) it always says like what i put in the title of this topic,i already changed my password 3 times that three of them has 8 letters,the realm list still normal (warmane),i try to turn off read only but it keeps reverting thus make me cant log in,i even already turned on two factor auth and still no luck,im confused whats wrong and ive been researching for like an hour or more since yesterday to fix my issue but i cant find anything that works,please if someone have any idea on how to fix it reply this topic.

General "can't login" guide:

1. Restart your PC.
2. Close and exit torrent.
3. Move your WoW -folder to other folder, away from Torrent's Download folder.
4. Right click WoW -folder or config.wtf -file, select properties, un-check "Read-only" and Apply.
5. If you get prompt, Apply changes to this folder, sub-folders and files and click OK.

7. Login by using username, not email.

If you still can't login, either it's temporary network issue, or your ISP is blocking the connection. Trying VPN might be the only option at that point.

!.i already restart my pc countless of times since yesterday and still no luck
2.i already closed my torrent after finished downloading the game yesterday
3.my torrent dir is in d drive but i moved it to another folder and still wont work
4.i somewhat cant change folder read only at all it always revert itself back to read only but my config wtf file is already not read only check
5.not sure which prompt but didnt encounter any
6.i think my only problem is the read only part that always revert itself

my network is fine ive been playing siege normally with ping under 15s,idk if connection correlates with the problem im having,i think its more about the read only part,because like what i mention before i can unchecked the file but it faces me with "i cant connect to warcraft server please try again later" something like that but after i leave the game n opened it the invalid error appear again and my read only got checked again.

Try changing password to letter/number combination

oh i did already thats why i said i changed password countless of times,first password i had was full alphabet but i decide to change it to 4 alphabet and 4 numbers mix

What's in your Logs/connection.log? Typically the 2nd line contains RESPONSE_CONNECTED and the server's remote end point which will at least confirm what server it's talking to.

One of my accounts has an email domain that expired years ago. All of a sudden on all my computers i need to put in a code from an email and i can't. The only support tickets are for bans. I can't find anywhere except in an open forum to post this.

well me too,its been like 2 days n the problem is still there,its either read only problem or i dont know other than that

update: i finally can log in by using the direct download version of the game,probably the ones that i use previously (torrent) have its own problem,thanks for the mods whos trying to help me!
