Blackrock season 6 lootboxes
ulduar loot boxes cost 24 000 honor each some combine loot from 4 bosses others only have drops from 2 bosses but they all cost the same
in naxx grouping by quarters made some sense because the amount of bosses were pretty even across sections frostwing only had sapphiron and kt got its own box those boxes had different costs and rating requirements that matched the gear value
for ulduar it is different the antechamber box costs the same as the siege box but antechamber has two bosses and siege has four
on hard mode the antechamber box only has iron council items but still costs the full amount and the hard mode siege box only has loot from two bosses
the hard mode keepers box has loot from four bosses still they all cost the same honor
blackrock players need something crazy like 400 000 honor per week to even have a chance to get the same gear onyxia players get from 3 hours of raiding per week
that amount is impossible to farm every week without playing 24 hours per day or botting which is likely going to increase now
the lootbox system needs a rework more thought should go into how they are priced and if they are grouped then in what way
some suggestions
dont group bosses by zones make one box per boss and price each one based on the loot inside
after buying the normal mode boxes once or twice let players buy the hard mode boxes directly otherwise this doubles the honor cost every week for items no longer needed. onyxia players do not need clear the content each week to get hard mode items.they run hard mode and get both normal and hard mode items from every boss they dont need to do every boss twice every week just to get access to hardmode items they can get it immediately week 1 if they are good pve players with basic weakauras and reaction times and cooperation skill
reduce he honor cost of the boxes to be same as the naxxramas eye of eternity obsidian sanctum boxes were.
these changes would help keep progressive blackrock active
if this system is left the way it is then only a small number of players with lots of free time will stay on the realm
only the players who were part of 0.5 percent that got gladiator or duelist who are unemployed will keep playing and everyone else will quit to play onyxia or tbc classic anniversary or some other game
please change these lootboxes system. everybody hates it and wants to quit the game now.just talk to the average player on Blackrock seasonal and u will hear what they think about this system
