Realms Onyxia/Blackrock honor rate / BG botting

Hello. Recently, there has been a problem where a large percentage of people are botting/AFK in BG. Given the current honor rate and item prices, this is not surprising.

Current state:
Let's be optimistic and say I can do 3k honor/bg (20min) = 9k/1h
You need +-300k to buy PVP off-parts + 100k/week to buy boxes. In addition, you need at least 3-4 IDs to hit the RNG (super optimistic).
This means that you need a total of +-700k honor points.
If I dedicate 2 hours a day to BGs, it's 38 days.

I know Blackrock has some arena quests and Onyxia has WG, but even so, it will take at least 20-30 days.

I think increasing the honor rate would solve the current state of BG. Show me a player who enjoys the current state.
Another option is to receive honors for each arena played.

PS: Just to give you an idea: getting full honor gear now on retail takes about 5 hours (vs 233 here).

I suggested to turn off the Merc Mode from BR to Onyxia bgs (https://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=484172) and just turn it on so Onyxia can go BR bgs if they want, a lot of Onyxia players just go AFK in BG if the see 10 Blackrock guys in the Ally side. Plus the multiboxers doing nothing usefull and taking out spots for players you actually wants to play or win.


This is the 4th thread asking the Staff to solve this issue, and in none of them someone replied or even a mod or staff member appear to say something u.u
