b. that is a metaphor to show the ammount of content that is working.
c. i know because blizzard doesnt realy give a **** if some one uses their previous expansion, that even comes in handy as advertisement, as long as servers dont go too nuts with the money.
d. i know because my whole guild talks about it and it pops on global chat on mop all the time.
