The character styling in World of Warcraft belongs in Scooby Doo cartoons.

You cannot possibly say the graphics we play in, and love, are not 'cartoonish'

the blizzard graphic designers, growing up, were absolutely cartoon addicts > it is known
They could of went for more 'lifelike' > it is no coincidence they did not.
We didnt invent the term toons -In the cartoon making world, they call them 'toons' themselves.
-So its not just another internet case of slang here

Me and everyone I know have called characters toons since forever o.O Hell even my Ghost character gets called a toon :3

With the Warlords model updates, I'd relate it more closely to anime than Scooby Doo.
But then again, I often find myself eating "snacks" for the "well fed" buff every 10 minutes.

Yes the graphic of WoW has a cartoonish style but calling it "childish graphic" is still wrong.
Infact there are many games, comics and movies that have a cartoonish style but arent for children by any means.
