Can you please confirm whether Heart of Magic is inside the loot box or not? I spent 30k honor on two boxes and did not get the quest item.

Can we get some response from the Warmane Team about the quest item? Can it be obtained right now on Blackrock or not?

People need to know how to get Heart of Magic. Why is it so difficult to confirm or deny whether this item is inside the loot box or not?
