Yeah, I was already assuming that you bought it for a specific use and not for gaming. Now the desktop breaking when you're moving sounds like a pain in the butt. Did you do it through a transport company? If yes, did you ask them to assume the damage done to the equipment? They should be held responsible for that, if that's the case.Quote:

They can't ignore it because they're part of it, if they weren't, they wouldn't waste time making rants like the ones I've seen in this thread before. Usually, when I start getting flooded with negativity, I either squelch the players in question or I close all the possible communication within the game. Even the so called "professionals" do it when they're being overflooded with toxic statements that won't improve the team performance. Sure, it is quite bad when you have to do such a thing, however, what's the point of keep those possible communications open when nothing positive for the team performance is coming out of that? At least you'll keep yourself more calm and relaxed in order to try to pickup the slack of other team members. This is simple psychology. Like you've stated, if people are consistent on their performance they'll start climbing the charts and ranks - But in order for this to happen they need to embrace the fact that they also need constant improvement and development. Just because you've ended on a top tier in a possible season that doesn't automatically make you better than the other; Show it with your performance and develop even more with the small mistakes you're making. That kind of behaviour is the behaviour that actually takes you to top ratings and nothing else.Quote:
