I've also sat there and chucked out huge dumbers not giving a damn about others in the raid. I speak from both sides of the fence. I do and will always bring my A game and I get extremely frustrated when I under perform based on my own standards and what I feel I should be capable of doing. For instance the other night in a guild raid i got one shot by blistering cold. I got pulled in from Africa because I ran out to blow up with unchained stacks. I was furious that I died. Self aware raid aware players who do the little things are always the best players.
