Kitchen? It comes with experience, and the experience is there because of the direction society tends to push us at a young age. (Towards the stereotypical "womanly" things.)

I'm a good cook, if I say so myself. I know how to tie ties well, though I've never worn one. I know how to sew (but not knit). I know how to dress a wound. I know CPR. I know how to nurse a person back to health, generally speaking.

Why? Because I'm a woman? Because I was born knowing these things?! No, lol. Because they were taught to me, and most of them were indeed taught to me because of my sex. I don't have a problem with it, though. Those things tend to be useful.

A man that is a good chef is something unusual.

A woman that is a good chef is pretty much commonplace.


Also, I don't think that is true. I've seen just as many female chefs, if not more. Just not as catchy nick-names, like the "Iron Chef".

i think most moms are chefs...if we can speak of it...my mom recently did some food ...just trying to do it as a restaurant did, the taste was better on her food....i enjoyed it a lot....

It's not confidence. I was stating a fact. It isn't really saying much though, since I only know two other people who even know the difference between it and a regular baked potato.

Yes, Grym, obviously. There's quite a bit more to it than that though.

Step one, create the standard "baked potato".
When finished, you gut it. Smash it up (like mashed potatoes), add butter, cream cheese, green onions, a dash of garlic, and a few "secret ingredients" (those ingredients that make all the difference, but can't be told because then anyone could make it :| ).
Then you stuff it back into the potato and bake it again.
