That is a different build, but you are still squishy. Its also a really ****ing expensive build.
No, I haven't. I'm knowledgeable enough to know that AD Nidalee is terrible and bruiser Nidalee is far more better, especially when you are split pushing. Also, that build will do 0 damage to a bruiser that will be able to out duel you.
But that build you said is just bad in so many ways. You get 0 armor. If they get an ADC with decent farm and a couple of good items, they will 3 shot you instantly. Nidalee getting the resist nerfs to Cougar Form made her even more squishy. You are just throwing in expensive *** items, one which is the most expensive in the game, into a build. If you aren't snowballing, you will fall behind because the item paths aren't that strong for her. She won't spike till she completes an item.
You can only have a few core items for every champion. You can't just always have this certain item build for every game. You can have BOTRK or Triforce as your core then you adapt your build accordingly. Build to what you are playing against in the game. Not just the same thing over and over again.
Or you know, people can just ward up accordingly and not let you do that at all. That is, if you are just camping in a bush waiting to pick someone off.
If you can get the source of HSGG saying that, cool.
If anything, he said that about bruiser Nidalee when he used to go Mogs, Triforce, Atma's, which was broken as **** back then.
Hotshot isn't anything special anymore, anyway. Stanley probably had a better Nidalee than Hotshot ever had. Especially, when Stanley brought it back into the scene during Worlds.
And, there is a counter to everything in this game. AD Nidalee would get destroyed by Vayne. I don't even. That's just one counter. There is way more than just that but I won't name them all.
