Stop the Grind: Huge Premades Are Killing Warmane PvP
Hello everyone,
I’ve been playing World of Warcraft 3.3.5a on the Warmane server for a long time, and lately I’ve noticed something that’s really killing the PvP experience. Premade groups of up to 40 players are queueing for battlegrounds, parking at their base, and waiting for someone from our side to capture the graveyards. Instead of playing objectives or pushing to win, they farm honor kills—dragging matches out indefinitely. New players queue up hoping for a fair fight, only to get steamrolled or sit around while the premade does nothing but rack up kills. It’s incredibly frustrating, and it’s driving people away from PvP.
Why are these huge premade teams even allowed to face random solo players? PvP is at its best when both sides have a genuine chance to win—when you have to communicate, coordinate, and outplay your opponents. Instead, it feels like professional footballers playing against a group of complete beginners: there’s no challenge, no excitement, and certainly no fun. Even if you’re in the premade, stomping random players is boring and feels more like cheating than skillful play.
I’m asking the community to support this topic: if you agree that premades this large ruin battlegrounds, please leave a comment or an upvote. And to the Warmane administration—could you please either remove these oversized premade queues or limit premades to a maximum of 5 players? Implementing a premade-vs.-premade matchmaking system or a raid battleground rating bracket would go a long way toward restoring fair, fun, and competitive PvP for everyone.
Thank you for reading and sharing your thoughts. Let’s work together to make battlegrounds great again!
