Why there is no Realm transfer from Icecrown to Blackrock?

I mean its pretty obvious why u cant go from Blackrock to Icecrown but why there is not an option from going from Icecrown to Blackrock?

Blackrock has evolved very well with all the honor use u can have for PvP and the Crossrealm feature. Now that i only do BGs i just want to have my chars there so its easier to get consumables, play with other specs and all.

I want to know the rationale behind not allowing this tranfer coz i simply cant understand it nowadays.

this FAQ about realm transfer says they do offer.

Just saying that rules were changed, Blackrock got a lot more incentives to PvP then before and with the Cross Realm there is no reason for a "BG only" player to stay on Icecrown anymore.

If those rules were there since beggining i would have just invested in my chars on Blackrock instead of Icecrown so they must offer a realm change for Icecrown players who only PvP. Its a not huge demand but it does exist and there is NO REASON at all to not offer it since online shopping have the same prices and u can get same itens in both realms. There is no advantage of being in Icecrown and then going to Blackrock. So this must be offered.
