Try to diable all of your addons.
If nothing change then try to enable "vertical sync": Menu > Video > Resolution > "vertical sync"

it doesnt help. i played on an another server it never happens. could it be the massive amount of players, cause the exe uses only 1 threat. I've tested to disable all my addons and it doesnt help -.-
See if this guide helps: http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=310635
Wow, it helped a bit. But i have these these hard frame drops now without hit any 100% load of a core or my graphic crad
Did you try applying Large Address Aware to WoW.exe? See if that helps. https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/t...-aware.112556/
If you have Nvidia graphics card and the FPS drop happens while moving mouse, go to Video settings and disable Hardware Cursor.
