1. Massive CPU load

    I have a massive CPU load, when i'm playing, that causes massive frame drops. I'm confused, because i have an 9700k, this cpu should op enough for wow

  2. Try to diable all of your addons.

    If nothing change then try to enable "vertical sync": Menu > Video > Resolution > "vertical sync"

  3. it doesnt help. i played on an another server it never happens. could it be the massive amount of players, cause the exe uses only 1 threat. I've tested to disable all my addons and it doesnt help -.-

    Did you try applying Large Address Aware to WoW.exe? See if that helps. https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/t...-aware.112556/

    If you have Nvidia graphics card and the FPS drop happens while moving mouse, go to Video settings and disable Hardware Cursor.
