WotLK character missing??

Hello,I havent logged to my account for about 2-3 years now,I had an rogue character named "Sinreen" on icecrown realm.The character is missing right now,and from the history it seems that someone has logged to my account...How is that possible? noone knew the password,I have even donated and spent money for my character and now its missing...I see him on armory but there is noone in my account,when I log in to the game near the realm it writes characters 1 but when I log in to Icecrown realm there isnt anything,and I can still find him on armory,somehow he is naked,without items...is there any way to recover it?

theres nothing in the barracs,my character was lvl80 and my account is premium,so as they mentioned,they do not remove anything from premium accounts,and like i Said I can find my character on armory.And also ,someone put that TWO FACTOR AUTHENTICATION bull**** on my account,deffinetly wasnt me
