Can't access my account in the website due to 2FA error?

I am contacting regarding my main account: goldyman01
I've played Warmane on-and-off for years. I started playing again for the past month or so on your Onyxia server. Today, I logged on as per usual, and encountered an error message "your account has been closed". I have no idea why this happened. I have never cheated, hacked, or even exploited.
Naturally, I try to log into my website account in order to see what happened. I tried to log in, but encounter the following message:
"We have noticed an unusual log in attempt and your account has been locked to prevent unauthorized access.
In order to unlock your account, please enter the authentication code shown on your mobile authenticator app."
I have never set up a mobile authenticator app. I tried downloading Google Authenticator and signing in with the same e-mail account as my Warmane one, but there was no section with Warmane's OTP there. The app is empty.
If there is any insight you can give me, or at least help me log back into my website account, I will be very grateful.
When you got back, weren't you asked at all to provide 2FA code?
Check your email that's registered to the account, see if there's any messages from Warmane.
