Dear Admin,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek your assistance regarding an issue I am currently facing with my old account.
Unfortunately, I have lost access to my account because I can no longer recall the email address associated with it. Additionally, my character named "Lokman" in the Icecrown realm has been deleted due to a long period of inactivity.
Could you please guide me on how I might be able to retrieve my deleted character and regain access to my account? Any help or instructions you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
