Good afternoon, such a problem. I don't receive a letter with a two-factor authentication code on my second account

and how is this supposed to help me? I have access to my account and email, the letter just doesn’t arrive, and I still can’t check whether it’s the right mail (although I’m sure it’s the right one), since I need this moronic code to log into my account

i mean i have login and password. I enter them and see a window for the code and the message "code sent to email", but there is no code in the email

Your access to your account is blocked by never arriving 2FA email, or it's sent to different/wrong email, thus you don't have access to your account.
