WotLK Please help with account/character recovery.

I'm trying to recover an account, however, it seems the two factor authentication has locked me out and non of my known emails receive the code.

When I try to reset the 2FA it shows some error message that says "you do not have Google authenticator enabled".

Account name: Bamboot

I don't know if it's registered under an email I don't know about, but I would like to know if there's any chance of recovering the account and the characters on it...

Thanks, I already sent an email because there is nothing left to try really, I can't login on the website either, it will ask for the code as well.
