My wife and I (her char name is Graces) are experiencing a bug where we cannot interact with any scryer NPC at all - it is the same bug as is listed in this thread:

If possible could you apply the fix for us? I am unable to launch a ticket from the website as the post suggests - if any players know of a fix please let me know :(
