Hello Guys ,
So here's my problem, I am a paladin on Icecrown realm currently running Wrath of the Lich King. I'm fond of Achievement hunting. So in my adventures i realized that i am a few quests short in Netherstorm for the Loremaster achievement and i found a solution to. I was exalted with Aldor and my solution was to change my reputation from Aldor to Scryer(also a criteria of another achievement). And so i grinded loads of Basilisk eyes for the quest "More Basilisk Eyes" which was decreasing my reputation with Aldor and increasing with Scryers. Everything went fine until i reached Neutral with the Scryers. Now as i am Neutral with the Scryers i should be able to interact with them but i cannot.
My main problem here is that i even when i am neutral my Reputation tab still has the "at war" cllicked with the Scryers and so i cannot interact with those npc's for further quests and increasing the reputation.

Its been like that for days now. I also made a ticket right away and got no reply for hours, which i fine i understand that the server will have loads of tickets. After 4 days and 3 replies from the ingame GM's mentioning to 1)clear Wtf ,cache folder 2) asking "Is it fixed now?"(No it isn't.) 3) The automated message to report it in bugtracker.
And that third reply made me make this post as making a report in bugtracker won't help because has not affected other players and so it wont get upvoted and won't get fixed asap. clearly the gamemaster's cannot understand my problem or don't know how to fix it. I'm requesting the staff to please try to understand my problem and please correct it.
Back when the server was called "Molten-Wow" i had this same problem and it was fixed within minutes when the Gm contacted me, so it is fixable.
Sorry if i have offended anyone as it is not my motive to do so. But knowing how easily this bug can be fixed for me it is frustrating.
Edit: So the problem is fixed now. Smyth from the website support fixed it for me. Thanks a lot. So i'll keep this post just in case someone has a similar problem. The solution is make a ticket from the Website. <3
