Winter & New Year events?

Last year, various end-of-year events were active by the 19th of Dec, as listed here: http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=373202

However, while the Legendary Weaponsmith forum event is already out, I could find no news regarding these events' return for 2019's New Year. Is there an estimate as to when they are coming?
