so every year inactive players get all chars deleted even in lordaron :(

Players who aren't donors, who haven't logged in in months, and who have low-level characters, yes.
There are plenty of ways to avoid it.

BTW, if you were playing in Frostmourne, your characters are not deleted. They are stuck in database till end of April, awaiting when you transfer them on Icecrown.
Your rant is kinda void, since you clearly didn't bother to investigate what actually happened, neither read any of the wast amount of helpful threads regarding what could happen.
