Technical Help, I've lost access to one of my accounts

Hello, I'm trying to log into an account but it has the two factor on and I've lost complete access to it's mail.
To be honest I didn't authorize the two factor on this account because I dont have access to this mail since long time ago and now that I want to log it in, it is asking me for this code which I can't actually get it.
Would appreaciate if you could take out two factor from it or help me change the email on it so I can play it again.
