Technical Not receiving auth code on hotmail/outlook

Hello, been inactive for a while, can't access my account due to not receiving any mail with the auth code! Using Hotmail/Outlook.

Tried making another account, got the activation email, activated it, tried to log in, got asked for a auth code but no email with auth code ever came..

Tried making a third account (This one) via Icloud to see if the problem is with outlook/hotmail, sure as heck it worked flawless, a couple of seconds after trying to log in for the first time the auth code mail popped up in the Icloud box!

I still would like to access my old account, so if anyone know why outlook wont receive any 2FA codes or how I would be able to gain access, please don't be afraid to respond!
