Hello, I have an account at cere, I no longer have access due to the two-factor authentication element on a mobile application that I did not set up, I have not played on this account for a long time but I want to start again, authentication through the mobile application does not work it was set by me and I can't do anything now to enter, reset the password, I receive it on gmail but after that I can't do anything on the account because of this authentication in the mobile application, please help me I recover my account, I have access to the gmail that is linked to the account and to the user name and everything.
