They are spiced and roasted, so there is already a bit of flavor.
It's called Nori, or simply dried seaweed processed into thin sheets.
Your closest asian supermarket. Just make sure you don't get the raw ones...

I think those raw seeweeds are meant for cooking purpose only... Most specifically for miso soup...
It's not too bad, but I guess not everybody would like it.
