New to Molten (Kinda) - Looking for advice

Hello! I currently play over at ********** on a WotLK server. Due to changes to my server, continuous server crashes, horrible lag, etc. I'm looking for a new server.

I have been to Sargeras before. It was awhile ago when I was looking with my husband for a realm to play on. He didn't want to play Cata and wanted to play WotLK. We went to ********** because a friend was already there. But I can't take the **** anymore. (And I know it's bull****. I used to be staff.)

In WotLK on retail I played a Warlock, Hunter and Resto Shaman. I continued to play it until the first raiding patch of Cata then left because too many changes to Shaman made it not fun anymore (and the birth of my son was near). I am currently playing a Disc Priest, Resto/Moonkin Dudu on the private servers.

I have leveled every class except for Warrior and a DK.

I'm looking for a good solo class that can farm quickly and efficiently. A class that I can quickly gear with BoEs or crafted items. (Money isn't an option. I know how to play the AH.) I'm looking forward to doing the Archaeology the most because I never got to do it originally.

I'll end up being more of a social player until I can convince my friends to play on this server so I'm also looking for advice on friendly, social guilds (on both sides, I'm not sold on what side I want to play on, though I favor the way female Goblins look) that won't kick me if I'm not on every day. (I'm married, with kids and a full time 3rd shift job.) I'm here to have fun and for some ME time.

DK's are easy to gear up and do exceptional damage even at low gear levels.

Yup, and frost is hit whatever lights up, so even your kid can get great DPS XD

Warrior is better, Burst dmg also great mele class in 4.3.4 and all u need is like 10 macro then you can throw your keyboard on the floor and do 25k dps :D

And in this realm i suggest stick to Horde cuz they have more organized guild in pvp and pve ;)

if u play a cloth class u can mostly gear with rep epics. for soloing all the plate classes seem to be good. for guilds it seems horde has better ones. i play both ally and horde and it seems like ally PuGs are better then horde Pugs. (my opinion)

Death Knights are perfect for you, to be more specific BLOOD Death Knights,they are unkillable with any gear and practicly they can beat u nakid,just reforge to MASTERY,Turndeath Rouge HORDE cya sometimes

I would say be a druid since they can farm the best. Also a druid might be more suited for you since you want a class which can sustain itself and druids can DPS, Tank, or Heal.

It's 20x, you can max out any class in 4-5 hours, probably even faster since you say you know the quests etc.

Blood dk is good for pve and in pvp its just lame and i will kill full vic blood with no prob :D

I killed a full PVE geared blood DK in one AR, does that count?
Rofl guys because you got warriors in blues attacking u in BGs and fail to kill you, it does not mean DKs are awesome, almost every ranged w/ a brain can kite and kill blood DKs. I - a rogue - have no probs with them either. :)
