    Ouch. That image brought back some painful memories... When it was extremely cold outside and we ~me and some friends~ sheltered in a pub for a quick warm drink. I ordered my meditation tea as usual and I was so excited to get warm again, I drank it right away.

    no, i cant take steroids, my doctor told me not to do it so ive never even tried it. 4 month ago i tried a protein supplement (weight gainer 2k) and it did nothing and started to give me some pimples instead of muscle. so i just gave it to a friend and since there ive never used any supplements.

    what i do is that i just eat meat and more meat. i also eat bananas and rice. those 3 are what i eat the most.
    and in gym, i lift rly heavy weights and i do abs work out every day.

    2. Consume:
    Anything with carbon hydrates
    vegetables and fruit
    and meat and fish

    All in a good balance

    I hope you're switching up sometimes between going for heavy weights and riping with smaller ones. You need to stretch those muscles too, or you'll just be one stiff piece

    well, some times i do some low + many reps and most of the time i do heavy weight + a few reps. cuz my main goal is to bulk up, gain muscle.
