If you're talking about me, I don't got much shiny things. But I don't think you are, and anything but bartender and recount are the blizz ui in MoP.

Also, in raids I find it best to hide recount because most of the time you are sitting there staring at it going "Crap, dps isn't high enough", causing you to die or lower your dps. The raid frame in MoP bugs me some as is when it's fully expanded and you are killing Sha of Anger(40 man world boss), it takes up a bit of the screen.

I was referring to Hellthrone's UI, but yea I always hide my recount during encounters because it doesn't keep me focused on the boss, if it's on my screen I keep looking at it thinking ''Am I doing a good DPS'', next thing you know you're standing in the fire.

In my opinion, the only changes you really need with a wow UI is a unit frames addon, a chat addon that lets you copy text, and some action bar addon like bartender or a blizzard artwork frame hider.
If your unit frames addon is xperl, I suggest disabling the party and raid frames on it and get something like grid. There's also really no point in getting a unit frames addon and keeping the default position. Sunnart is a joke, there's no real point of getting this addon unless you like the artwork, and you want to cover 20% of your screen with it, regardless of transparency. Sexymap only looks good in my opinion with the square presets and the minimap icons hidden unless you hover over the minimap. Same goes with your button skinning addon, it's best just to keep it square, it doesn't look great at all in my opinion with all the buttons being circle.

it doesnt make any sound.... it just stops the red text from appearing when doing actions that cannot be done and a variety of other things

That One is actually rly nice, Bit stuff missing for my gameplay but better than Mine in Overall... What addons do u use for that?
