Transmogrifikation & classic PvP-Sets

I didn't play in the time of cataclysm so, please correct me if im wrong:
Transmogrifikation - If you want to get the skin/look of Classic PvP Sets & Weapons like [Grand Marshal's Claymore] you need these requirements:

Back in the days (classic ~7 years ago / PvP = Honor Ranks 1-14) you had to become rank 8 or higher, to (now) be able to buy [Replica Grand Marshal's Claymore] otherwise you should not be able to buy such a replica. These (and only these) replicas are useable to transmog a item with its skin/look.

Since we didn't have the past on Molten WoW, to gain a Honor-Rank (~7 years ago) how can we get those?
I hope you understand what i want to say.


The Vendor which sells these Replica Items should stay in Netherstorm / Area 52.

you dont need any titles to get oldschool pvp items. that was remowed ages ago

I'm pretty sure you need the titles to Transmog it, not acquire it.

Yes on official realms you are at the moment able to buy all Blue & Epic replica Set & Weapon items (just) with rank 8.

nope, grand marshal and high warlord gear is in org and sw in there honor buildings.

they are legacy vendors

the 70 and + arena gear can be found at area 52, gadgetzen and relentless and wrathful are in dalaran

Any gear that is UNCOMMON, RARE, or EPIC that does not have a non-class requirement (Arena Rating for example) can be transmogged.

i dont get your point ... it seems like you want to say "you can transmog the old pvp items, doesnt matter if replica or not since they have no "non-class requirement""
