That's completely fine. Your opinion is yours and I'm not going to try to change it haha. As long as you don't force someone to follow your views, beliefs or opinions then it's fine. You can share your beliefs but don't force it upon others and attempt to make them share the beliefs as you. Not saying that you do of course :).

But that's why I don't understand why this is such an issue in our country. Let people live their lives. Let them be with who they want. If they're happy then leave them be. You don't have to talk to them, you don't have to look at them, you don't have to accept their lifestyle but you have to let them live their own life.

But I hope in the future more people become open minded and accepting. I'm happy to say that very few of my friends truly believe that gay couples shouldn't even be together.

Orphic I thought you were open to the idea of gay marriages but after yesterday :|

One of the reasons we stood up against Britain in the first place is because of religious oppression. Then in the Constitution itself, it explains the "separation of church and state".

Yet here we are, politicians forcing their beliefs upon the people. 'Cause, y'know...
