    i dont care man i just want to put some glyphs in
    Windfury Weapon and Stormstrike are must haves. The other could be either Fire Nova, Lightning Shield, or Lightning Bolt.

  2. Just wanted to let you guys know that x2 WF imbue weapon isn't working any more. Flametongue is now a must for off-hand.

  3. I was just wondering if the +hit dual wielding in enhancement talent tree is bugged or not because it seems like with 15% hit rating and the talent i still get like a few misses once in a while

    Can we see some supporting evidence for this claim?
    I'm fairly certain windfury icd has not been fixed.

    You will get misses with white-swings until you are at a combined 27% hit, an unreasonable number to aim for. Your special melee attacks shouldn't miss however.

    Alright so then the ideal hit rating should be 11%? Or should I still get 17% for the spell hit because that talent is only for dual wielding.

    17%+
    hit rating is a decent stat even after 17%

    but with molten bugs, its not as beneficial to go over spell cap with higher levels of gear

    I've learned so much about enhancement just reading this thread..but I'm still confused why other people use this two gems separately..my question is here, which gem is better?? 20 attack power + 10 haste or 10 agility+10 haste

  8. Hi, nice guide. I have a few questions though considering enha shammy's gameplay.

    First, there was claimed WF internal cd is now fixed to the 3 secs. Can someone confirm this one? And if so, should FT now be used instead?

    Second, about the talent builds. Is putting talents on your totems (Strenght of the Earth totem, Windfury Totems haste) worth anything, since DKs provide same, even better buffs (haste)? Assuming theres a DK in your raid, which there often is. I'd say, put talents instead to your Ancestral Knowledge, since 1INT=1AP. Also everyone knows our mana is used quite fast.

    I'm planning on rebuilding talents to this, comments? Changes you'd make?

    nice to see that some1 uses similar build to mine on molten :)
    however i have a bit better...
    Elemental Warding -> Reverberation
    Shamanistic Focus -> Enhancing Totems

    ofc this is best build only with frost DK in raid, cause you miss 'improved windfury totem' in this specific build...

    could you please tell me what glyphs do you use?

    edit, ok i checked... if i may suggest you something...
    unless you want to see high-recount-numbers because of fire nova aoe on dbs/lk or anything with multiple adds, and make truthly highest-molten-possible-enh-shammy-single-target-dps :D
    i'd suggest you to remove fire nova glyph, which should be use only if everything else is on CD, and use flametongue weapon glyph - which works well, and since ~50% of your damage is spell-damage 2% spell crit is nice enhancement to the build ;) - don't forget the fact that elemental devastation procs more often with that, if you don't hit the 100% uptime cap yet

    i'd also swap lightning shield glyph to lightning bolt one :)
    works great for me... hope i helped

    I am not playing enha at all. Last time i did was like 6 months ago. I just did the build that is most effective in raid environment with known molten bugs.

  12. i dont feel the diference from wolf dmg before last molten patch (spirit wolves gain raid buff on icc) :(

  13. Second, about the talent builds. Is putting talents on your totems (Strenght of the Earth totem, Windfury Totems haste) worth anything, since DKs provide same, even better buffs (haste)?
    I specced my Enhancing Totems since str of the earth totem does stack with the horn from dks through a bug, try /cancelaura Horn of Winter then drop str of the earth totem then just w8 for a dk to recast his horn.
    I find Improved Windfury Totem worthless since most of the time in a raid (specially in a 25man composition), there will be atleast 1 frost dk since frost is the most commonly use dps spec in raid.

    Is having 1point only on Maelstrom Weapon good enough?

    i dont feel the diference from wolf dmg before last molten patch (spirit wolves gain raid buff on icc) :(
    Maybe because the pet scaling has not yet fix, I haven't try to dps as an enhance in icc after the patch, but I'm quite sure that the fire elemental totem will be a dps increase.

  14. I have to say that it's difficult for me to agree with this guide prioritizing haste over attack power. Haste stacking effectively pushes windfury weapon into the front running for your highest form of dps, lowering the damage of your auto attacks and every single one of your offensive spells in exchange for a higher frequency of windfury attacks. You would need a rather obscene amount of haste rating in my personal opinion to overtake attack power stacking -especially at higher gear scores.

    I personally have a 6.3k enhancement shaman that is "close" to BiS -trinkets and a few off-pieces aside- that I have religiously stacked attack power on. Before I converted to full attack power stacking, I was essentially using Haste in its place as this guide recommends. With 6.3k and haste stacking I could attain 17k dps on your average fight, as high as 19k on DBS in a 25 man run. I encountered a similarly geared enhancement shaman in a VoA 25 that veritably outdpsed me by a truckload on the frost boss; after a short conversation and an inspect i discovered that he was stacking attack power rather than haste as i was. I quickly regemmed before my guild's scheduled icc 25 run and played through the run the same way I always did.

    The results were as such:

    average 20k dps -up from 17k.
    24k dps on DBS -up from 19k.

    Now I'm not saying I'm the best enhancement shaman in the world, but I play one better than your average slouch. 24k from an enhancement shaman is very impressive, and was essentially a number I never expected to reach based off my experiences stacking haste under the assumption that it was the ultimate stat for an enh shammy. Haste stacking will get you respectable numbers -but I would bet my left genital that you will pull higher numbers if you drop the gold and regem stacking attack power in its stead.

  15. hello,

    6.024kgs enhancement shaman here.
    I have to say, that your dps really depends on raid composition and their dps and focus.
    Example:
    1a) let's assume that average 25m raid dps is ~300k on DBS, and every1 uses aoe - adds die in 5-6s then... u can use 1x fire nova, and 1x chain lightning if you're lucky... - your dps would be lower then, because you lose extra dps on aoe adds

    1b) average 25m raid dps is ~150k on DBS, only you + 2-3 guys use aoe, you will pull much more dps

    Shaman was mentioned as DPS, not damage dealer [there actually IS a difference!], and we can keep sustained dps for HOURS... you can DPS for 3 minutes, and for 10 hours, and your dps will be exactly the same... Many other classes especially mages have some nasty 2mCD trinkets and other **** that they have to turn on manualy, so their dps in 3 minute fight will be much more, than 10h fight.

    I wanted to give example here as well... but i have to pull numbers from my ***, but mechanics stays the same, and it's like:
    2a) 3 minute fight:
    -mage 25k dps
    -enh shaman 20k dps
    2b) 10 min / 10 h / infinity fight:
    -mage 15k dps
    -enh shaman still 20k dps

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    1 more thing... can any guy with 6.3k+ gear score and lots of money try, if it's possible to push the 'glancing blows' behind it's cap on molten? to do it you have to stack crit to have more than 76%
