I've tried going into blood furnace, hellfire ramparts and shadow labyrinth (on both heroic and normal) but it still said "This instance is closed"?

Please look at when this thread was made and last updated... The list made refers to instances prior to the 4.3.4 patch upgrade when said instances were still open. Right now majority of the instances listed are now closed as they have not been scripted.

The fact that the raids are updated to include Firelands and DS gives the illusion that it's being updated. I wouldn't blame him/her for the confusion. Especially if you don't check the dungeons regularly.

Made some update.

Deadmines, Halls of Lightning, Violet Hold, Blackwind Descent 10/25 will be open on all realms, Bethilac in the Firelands is also released.

Staff aren't giving any information regarding that and likely wouldn't be giving it out either since these aren't exactly on top priority so they are probably worked on at a much more leisurely pace than a set deadline.
