ha, this would happen around the classrooms (img), at least on my case, physics department has the most % of failing on exams
i.e: last trimester on physics II, a full class of 40 students and just passed 3....

Most people wouldn't even be aware they can have a gif as avatar. Probably only Odins and 2-3 more would use one.

They can't be that stupid. Anyone would realize it at least at the moment they see someone use an animated avatar.

I'd like to remind you that we COULD use animated avatars a while ago, and only a very few used it even then. As I said, Odins and maybe 2-3 others that I can't really remember.

Perhaps so. Like if candies are there for everyone, no one really buys them. But if they get illegal for like 2 years and suddenly legal again, everyone would get them for a while immediately after. Like filling a void.
