key word...well... When the horde zerg has like a 5 man half ruthless rest vic pre-made, I dont think well is good enough :/

No it does not stack with anything. It's 115% max.

Since most of our important ones are broken and the death coil minor glyph is useless to us, just get Horn of winter and whatever else you want. the rest stays the same.

I use my Medallion and my Ruthless on-use trinket. I'm a resillience whore (4.1k atm).

I use the one use as I like to time my burst a little better.

For now, use double Ruthless trinks, badge and insignia.

If you want to run PvE trinkets, such at Impatience of Youth, Apparatus, Bone-Link, etc., you'll just switch the proc trinket for the proc trinket or the use trinket for the use trinket. You never want two use trinkets, and two proc trinkets just don't provide a huge burst.
