Oh, I know driver's licenses cost an arm and a leg in Europe.
Here in the US, it costs $15.
Trololol, right?
15$? It's here 300 both of the exams together since you have to do a driving skill and a normal test. But that's not what makes it expensive... The god damn lessons I avarage person has around 25 lessons and the lessons cost 40-50$ each. How much does the lessons cost there?
Here it costs, if I were to convert in $$$, about 250-300 depending on category. And throwing in the fact that the middle-class earns about 500$, yeah you can imagine.
At least I have the solace that Romanians are good drivers. Never, in 3 years of driving, did I ever get particularly mad on the road.

You don't have to take lessons. You just need someone else with a driver's license (usually a parent) to vouch for you having spent 20 hours learning to drive.

300? I can convert a romanian license into a dutch one. Guess I'll get my license on holidays there lol

Back when I was in high school, we had a couple of German foreign exchange students. One of them got their driver's license here. It's completely valid in Germany. At least for a while, and can be converted much easier than it would be to get a new one.
I really don't mean to be the guy that compares everything to Africa, but seriously, y'all got internet, power, homes, and food. Not Dr. Phil worthy. Appreciate the good :3

just woke up lazy c:
I went to an early early dinner with my pops for father's day and went around at a DVD/CD store later, they had the little tab for Higurashi but nothing there :(
And gosh it's still early, got another 8-10 hours of the day still, not sure what to do :3
Also, I've never seen or met my father and my mom really couldn't care less about me because apparently I cannot find a job yet it took her 10 years to find a decent one.
Belated happy father's day, yo!

I'm having a slow day today :3
I have to choose between satellite 700+ms internet, or dialup.

Higurashi is definitely amazing.
Planning on rewatching it here shortly.
Currently rewatching Angel Beats. The slow beginning is eh.
I would offer to play GW2 or D3 or something with you, but Myrrh is busy today. :x
