We realized that the Ring of Frost fix on Cata was actually unjustified. Ring of Frost is supposed to have a 200 yard radius, and freeze everyone within sight regardless of position if a single person gets freezed. That fix will be reverted.


Also, Frostbolt damage will be increased by 800%.


Also, Time Warp can now be used in Arenas, but Heroism/Bloodlust still can not because they're more OP.
