My mom invited her brother over for dinner at 6:00 one day. She made this awesome pot roast, took hours and hours.

He didn't show up.

We kept the food heated until 12:00 and then just ate.

I was unbelievably pissed. He didn't even call, just showed up at our house a week later as if nothing happened.

I don't know my mom's brother. Apparently he does drugs or something. My parents never want me to meet him. /shrug

He's not a true scumbag. He's just inconsiderate (sometimes) and lazy (all the time). When he's not being a lazy slob with no plans for the future he's cool to hang out with.

Just pointing out drugs don't automatically make someone a bad person at heart, just a poor influence and a struggling human being.

A friend from school (10th grade) is doing drugs today, why? 'Cause his dad killed his mum.

but that's just 'cause I have an issue acting out RL.
Typing it out to a random bloke or chav online makes things less complicated, even though I know the written word can be just as hurtful. I confess I'm a bit ashamed. But only when I'm drunk.
