1. 355 ilvl lol.
You need at least 365+ for RDF HC i would have kicked you too.
people like you in global need to realize Ilvl doesn't mean anything. 365ilvl for a 329ilvl dungeon...

I know what I'm doing with my class, I know every dungeon like the back of my hand, but heaven forbid I have 355 (My rainsong, green ring and neck) let me down, I'm in T10 gear from BWD/BOT which is people hadn't noticed was 359, and BIS when these dungeons came out in 4.0.6.

  2. It's really getting beyond a joke when it comes to RDF HC. Yesterday I spent 2 hours on CD, cos people would just leave cos "it's too hard" or "it's bugged".

It's not, I've done all the dungeons open on HC and I can tell you now, they are working 99% fine. Nor are they too hard, I mean learning tactics to something takes up a precious 5 mins of your time, you're nolifing anyway whats 5 mins to go to youtube and learn the tactics for a dungeon?

If it's not SC or HOO it's over and people leave. I mean the dungeons are infact stupid easy if people even have an ounce of brain power.

I was on retail the other day and did End Time, yeah it was confusing at first, but you know what, it was great. Or Hour of Twilight dungeons, they are simply amazing, yes it takes a little brain power to work out at first, but if your never gonna learn whats the point of playing a game like this? It's about progression.

So if you get SFK/DM/GB/ZA/ZG don't just leave, cos your not helping, they are not hard and once you learn them more people will do them and people like me wont get pissed at 15 min CD cos of scrubs wanting to leave.

    id like to start with
    - why are u qqing on the forums instead of trying to help ppl?
    - are you new to molten, or why the hell are u qqing about a fact thats been here forever, and how come you didnt realise or get over the mass stupidity yet?!?!?!?
    - be a tank, ppl usually dont leave if the tank sits there and does his job
    - youre in a pro wannabe all achieving guild with highly evolved beings that never saw the outside world yet you do rdf's with pugs and/or randoms? i seriously pitty you
    - and last but not least...if you play retail, why the hell are you still bothering with this server

id like to see you tank za with a random (and by random im refering to ppl you never spoken or seen playing ) group in 329 gear, good luck with that miss pro
usually ppl ask for high ilvl on global because of the skill gap, so if youre high ilvl with a low skill lvl you can still manage to do above average in a dungeon, therefore providing more stability to the group

talk about using the brains right?

yet again, ppl cant know how "good" someone from global is regardless of their ilvl, and if they do theres a thing called care, and usually the cup is empty regarding ego maniacs when it comes to care, but you keep promoting yourself, i see it works fine for you xD

  3. @ Suffler - Talk about mass aggro there...take a cold shower.

So ontopic I find leaving based on dungeon or a certain dude's gear just as annoying as crying about gear on a duel YOU wanted. There's a reason why the blizz elitists hated the RDF so much and that reason seems to be rubbin out on here aswell. There was a reason achivements became account-wide aswell but that bandaid will be late here so lets focus on the current scenario. Now if someone leaves due to the conditions they 're gonna wait again which is purely on their shoulders. And as little as new players exist anymore on this server, it's still a safer pick to get someone better suited for the job (with gear acting as a virtual stamp). I'm gonna be honest when I say that it took me 6 straight hours to complete my first ZG even thoug I did it with buddies. Now it probably would have taken even more, was it not for my shiny epics and friends. Take league as an example. They implemented an anti-dodge system (not generally a good thing) to prevent something people here do unpunished - choosing not to take their chances with seemingly bad randoms.
But really Jyx, you of all people would have 4 peeps at your disposal at all times so take advantage of that perk.

    Sincerely.
A bored dude with internet on his phone.

  4. Learn to carry. A tank, a healer, or a DPS can carry an RDF HC if you are in appropriate gear with even moderate skill.

You can heal or DPS any instance successfully at 330+ item level, although, I would not recommend tanking until a higher item level as it will be very stressful.

    Step #1: Do not PUG.
Step #2: If Step #1 is not possible, stack group with high item levels from Global.
    Step #3: Pray.

The only dungeons I will consider leaving, after I have killed a boss or two to by-pass the timer is Grim Batol and Zul'aman. The rest are fun.

  5. But really Jyx, you of all people would have 4 peeps at your disposal at all times so take advantage of that perk.
Would be good but people don't know alts. On my DK I would have have zero issue finding people, but my Pala/Mage/Sham nope.

  6. I've noticed since you made this qq topic on forum, playesr on Sargeras lowered their requirements for RDF HC. I think you just saved the day.
We should build you a temple for saving pugs.

    Spoiler: Show

  7. ^ hate threads from alliance players who do not understand the horror of trynna do RDF on horde while most of your guild doesnt need rdf anymore.

Alliance PuGs are decent. And the difference between Alliance PuGs and those of horde is like the difference between heaven and hell.

  8. I love it when people ask for 365 gear for RDF HC, considering RDF HC is where you gear up for raids that give you 359 (or 372) gear.

I can understand perhaps for the later RSF HCs asking for 350ish, perhaps 355, but it's excessive asking for 365-370.

    The logic is impeccable.

The reason why they ask for 365 is cuz they dont have 365 themselves and want easy JP farms xD.... lazy greedy sobs :(

  10. Sorry for that typo. Didn't mean 365 gear from raids lolol.

I can understand a few offset pieces of PVP gear as what babuloseo says he does there is nothing wrong with that but the ones that are more troublesome tend to be those that are fully decked out at PVP, which goes as far as their spec.

This is where part of the problem stems when people decide that certain dungeons are too hard. 10K DPS for instance would adequate for certain dungeons except the ones being complained about in this thread, e.g. ZA, Grim Batol, and Deadmines. It is precisely DPS checks that people tend to shy away from as their gear and talents do not lend itself well to such instances. Certain specs and classes can get away with this at times because their class itself tends to be rather powerful. For other classes and specs that just isn't the case.

In addition you're only looking at the DPS side... On other roles the performance of PVP gear to PVE becomes more noticeable, especially with tanking. Simply because the itemization is far removed from the proper one utilized by the PVE spec. As the said tanks or heals begin to fail at their own heal or tanking check. Group healing for instance tends to be challenging for full fledged PVP healers, and one good example is Tol'Vir's Siamat when his barrier is down and the group takes constant AoE during the burn phase (mana issues tend to crop up here). Frankly it is more difficult to cover for a heal or tank as compared to a DPS simply because you only have one person fulfilling said role as opposed to two others.

Edit: Also just a nitpick 10K DPS is subpar damage. I see tanks pull that sort of damage, and they're even more far removed from a DPS role, so that says a lot.
I agree, it really depends on the gear, but remember enchants and gemming can also help. Also, lets take into fact that certain classes scale the same with both PVE and PVE gear ( BM Hunters to an extent,)

Yeah that is what I mean by certain classes can just get away with it regardless, which is generally the DPS leaders (DK, Hunter, and Palla come to mind).
