Serioisly good guild EXCEPT for the guild master who behaves like a DICTATOR and wants everyone on Raid Call ALL the time like we're his slaves or something. Also randomly kicks people who he believes are pugging raids when they are actually Rep/ Loot farming.

This isnt discipline dude. Its stupidity bordering on insanity.

think kind if discipline can get a little anoying to some people at start, but when you see the big picture, its totaly worth it. Gkick is for people who are applying without taking it seriously and later dont know the fight.This "harsh" discipline spares lots of people time on wiping and makes them concentrated :D and after wee 1 shoot everything its back to the fun stuff :P

oh yes he is, this guild was great till ido started acting like he's a God or something

the reason why i'm not in the guild anymore is cuz i got kicked after staying 2 and a half hours on lord rhylioth in the raid (must mention it was late), and then left after saying 2 times in the raid chat that i have to go cuz i'm working the next day early and i need to get up. even tho some of the officers took my side and told him that i wrote, he kept keeping his side of the story, much like someone who thinks he's always right...like a..dictator?

i ain't saying this guild isn't good, just the leader is a bit wako, so if you like being bossed around all the time and threatened with guild kicks or stuff like that, you're in the right application thread.

Totally agree with you! This is a good guild and the officers are good. BUT, THERE IS A BIG BUT! The Guild Leader Rockshatter/Ido really treat all the members like slaves and you are right Ashkku, he's a Dictator.

Firstly, whenever someone did a small mistake during the raid he will threaten to gkick that person even though it's not a serious mistake. This is one of the reasons why all the good members left the guild.

Secondly, whenever the Guild Leader make a mistake. HE NEVER APOLOGIZE AND BLAME MOLTEN, like "****ing molten bug!", "how did I die? I didn't stand on the flames", "What killed me? stupid bug server!".

And lastly, to all the new members who are in this guild, you can't find more than 10 members who has stayed for more than 2 month in this guild.

So to everyone who are new in this guild or those who are about to join, think twice and listen to our advice. I'm sure you guys will thank us ex-Members from Endoderm. Trust me and find out yourself.
