Sacramentum is a level 25 PvE guild and is recruiting active PvE players.We are looking for active players to form a friendly raiding community.We are getting out of an inactive phase with the guild so till we get more active members we can't raid.All i ask for is your patience for the moment :).

And why you think there are no other guilds beside Care on alliance side? Is it maybe because other guilds doesn't spam forums 24/7? There are plenty of guilds on same level of progression..

I did not recognize anything except you calling out Care members for bumping their thread. The word you are looking for is an 'insinuation'.
The only guild I have seen with progression on Alliance side besides Care is Forgotten Pantheon. They have Heroic, no idea about 25 though.
